About Our Kollel

Kollel's Story

Boruch Hashem the Chicago community is growing at an exponential rate. Rabbi Yitzchok Simcha and a number of Chashuva Baal Habatim realized that there was a necessity for our young married and college age boys to have a warm, and accepting local kollel to continue their Torah learning upon returning from Eretz Yisroel. The idea quickly became a reality and  Kollel Tiferes Yisroel was born. The kollel provides a warm, familiar home for our children to continue to learn before and after joining the workforce.
